The Hargrove Foundation Gala is a high-class event supporting the Hargrove Foundation, the charity arm of the Hargrove team of companies, and always features a high-profile speaker. Until this year, we had produced the branding of each Gala out-of-house, and I saved our company several thousand dollars by bringing the branding in-house. The style is supposed to reflect the elegance of the evening while also being more playful and fun like the Hargrove team is known for.

I designed the Sponsorship package to be only one color so it was easier for it to be printed and shared to various clients and sponsors. At the time, I was also transitioning to a new role in a different company, but I was asked to help finish out the invites and sponsorship packet for my team.

Hargrove Company Calendar

2022 Company Calendar for Hargrove

I have currently spearheaded two company calendar campaigns. Along with designing the calendar, I lead the coordination of our vendor and admin teams to distribute over 4000 calendars to 16 offices nationally.

I also collaborate with the rest of our marketing Team for the digital and communications component to the calendar. I coordinate with our web designer to ensure the QR codes link to the correct landing pages, as well as provide him stats from those codes as needed. I additionally work with our PR coordinator for internal communications, such as email and intranet graphic support.

Hargrove Company Christmas Card

25th Anniversary Christmas card for Hargrove and Tormod

The Hargrove Family of Companies includes Hargrove Engineers & Constructors, Hargrove Controls & Automation, Hargrove Life Sciences, and Tormod, LLC. These companies include about 2000 employees across 16 domestic and international offices.

We celebrated Hargrove’s 25th anniversary in 2020, and our marketing team launched a Christmas campaign to commemorate the occasion. I illustrated and designed a 25th anniversary-inspired Christmas card, social media graphics, and digital booklet to display the artwork of our teammates’ children (a company tradition). I also designed the images to include in the email and web campaigns for my marketing team.

COVID Capabilities Social Media Campaign

Just a few weeks into my tenure at Hargrove, we went into lockdown. As one of my first social media campaigns for Hargrove, I was tasked with creating a series of 12 posts highlighting Hargrove services that could be utilized safety during the lockdown (such as converting control rooms and plant equipment to be used remotely). I illustrated a series of 12 icons that were utilized for social media posts, landing pages, and posters/flyers.

WHEEL Awareness Campaign

Because STEM fields have been male dominated historically, a team of women at Hargrove founded WHEEL (Women of Hargrove Embracing and Engaging in Leadership…acronyms are very much an engineering thing) to encourage women of all levels, disciplines, and roles to grow their leadership potential.

This team came to me about wanting an entire campaign just a few weeks before International Women’s Day, so no custom illustration! To better appeal to our engineering counterparts—as we are an engineering firm at our core—I added safety glasses and branded helmets to the illustration. I created a system of flyers, sharepoint graphics, and a ~20 second animated video for social media.
